Hi,

My name is Travis Foote.  For those of you who do not know me (which I would imagine will be quite a few) here is a little back ground.

I am a Gen X’r who has a passion for Real Estate, technology and mentally challenging opportunities. Software, the web, computers are very familiar to me, and are some of the things I enjoy.

Before I started in Real Estate full time, my livelihood was Consulting. 9 years of technical Consulting to large Fortune 500 Companies such as Washington Mutual, Bell South, Lockheed Martin, Best Buy as well as small internet start-ups. Consultants are much like professional Realtors, they are brought in for their expertise and are expected to provide answers and results to difficult questions and scenarios. I enjoyed great success with my Consulting career do in part to my ability to listen to the client’s challenges, develop solutions that met their goals, think on my feet when problems arose that were time sensitive, and most of all provide them with a valuable service. I have built upon those abilities and experiences and have applied them to my Real Estate practice.

When you work with me, its all business, and no BS. Im not the overly excited, gitty, fast talking sales person. I won’t tell you what you want to hear. What I will do is listen to your needs, treat you with respect, and use my knowledge, experience and abilities to advise you on your Real Estate matters.

If our personalities don’t mesh, that’s ok. I have agent’s that work with me that I am happy to introduce you to. I’ll still be there for advice and questions.
